Senior Women's Coach Announcement

Dotti

Watsonia Heights Football Club are delighted to announce the re-signing of Dotti Tsokas as our Senior Women Head Coach for 2027.
Dotti brings a wealth of experience and passion to our club. A former top-level goalkeeper, she transitioned into coaching with Darebin United Soccer Club, where she spent three years leading the girls' program and serving as Mini-roos Technical Director. During her time at Darebin, Dotti was instrumental in expanding female participation, developing pathways for young girls, and implementing inclusive coaching practices that earned recognition across the football community.
Her coaching style is deeply rooted in empowerment, inclusivity, and technical development. Dotti is known for creating environments where players feel seen, heard, and valued — a philosophy she championed through her involvement in Football Victoria’s CoacHER Pathway Program. She fosters a culture of support and growth, encouraging players to take ownership of their development while building confidence and resilience both on and off the pitch.
Most notably, Dotti was selected as part of the Australia Women’s National Futsal Team squad for the AFC Women’s Futsal Asian Cup China 2025™ training camp, representing Football Victoria. Her inclusion in this elite group highlights her technical expertise, leadership, and dedication to the sport at both grassroots and national levels.
I am excited to continue working with Dotti and our Women’s Program in 2027 and beyond.
Pat O'Connor
